Designed for everyday production needs, standard SFS International decoilers provide stable coil rotation and controlled material feeding. Powered by a 22kW drive system, they ensure consistent line synchronization and reliable performance.
Twin Capstan Decoilers
Capacity: 20,000kg (44,000lb)
Built for high-volume operations, the twin capstan decoiler holds two coils simultaneously with a total capacity of 20,000kg. When one coil finishes, the system rotates 180°, enabling a fast switch to the second coil and minimizing production interruptions.
Controlled Coil Handling for Efficient Setup
The Coil Car system simplifies heavy coil loading by enabling safe, precise, and operator-friendly transfer directly to the decoiler. Designed for one-operator workflows, it reduces manual handling, improves safety, and ensures a smooth start to production.
