Engineered Fascia Purlin Production
Standard purlins don’t meet façade precision requirements.
Within the M9176 CZ400 configuration, we engineered a dedicated Fascia Purlin solution tailored for building envelope applications. Controlled geometry, clean edge quality, and consistent dimensional accuracy ensure seamless alignment with exterior cladding systems — directly off the rollforming line.

Dual-Axis Dynamic Punching System
This project features a dual-axis dynamic punching system operating in both X and Y directions, enabling complex hole patterns at full production speed.
Unlike static setups, the system punches on the fly, maintaining accuracy without stopping the line.
The result is higher flexibility in profile design, tighter tolerances, and faster overall production without compromising precision.
